The project of the "Collaborative Actions to Enhance Effective Teacher Skills in Ban Nong Hua Wua School" was one research initiatives that aimed at enhancing professional development teachers align with new educational paradigms 21st Century. involved practical activities fostering collaborative efforts toward improving skills School. present study employed Participatory Action Research methodology, which is comprised four iterative phases Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. conducted over two cycles, each comprising semester an academic year, specifically during Academic Year 2022. There are three goals research: (1) Positive changes would occur following implementation project, both terms teachers’ practices enhancement skills. (2) Learning outcomes, resulting from project's participatory approach, be evident individual, group, school levels. (3) knowledge gained experience context School should used as a model for continuous self-development future. Six participated were target group development. comparison: before first cycle practice, after second practice. findings follows. Firstly, had resulted positive expected. teacher-researchers demonstrated higher level practice improved their Skills. Secondly, researcher, teacher team, recognized importance statement: "Teachers schools must never stop learning, developing themselves, teaching impact students' learning." Teachers learners organizations promote learning. strive develop themselves keep pace rapidly changing society, especially field digital technology.
